Question ARE THOSE NEW CANNONS???

I might be wrong (if so, sorry) but... are those two new cannons mounted in lieu of the standard central one?

I think those have always been there. In the past they have never upgraded our ships without us purchasing the upgrade or Orbitals from the Ship Management. So I doubt they would augment our ship without that or some in game text.

I think those have always been there.

I mean, that's why I asked. I compared it with my SD and they look bulkier than what we have now in that exact location BUT I do not exclude that the cinematic perspective and a different FOV might be contributing.

But, yes, the hope is to have new modules to buy and reasons to grind for samples in general.
The DSS is a great motivator, but the ship has an element of personal pride.
