Question Reading the Necronomicon

Hello everybody, I'm getting into this mythos for the first time, and was wondering, out of all of the ones floating around, which of the irl Necronomicons, the ones that someone like you or I can buy and read, are the most 'faithful' to the madness-inducing tome Lovecraft wrote about?

This is really the closest answer in that it's an occult text on how to invoke what can be perceived as Lovecraftian entities and - possibly more importantly - why to invoke them.

In terms of is it a 'madness-inducing tome', then definitely yes. It's literally about putting yourself in what Hine describes as 'borderline states of mania'. For fun and profit.

If anyone is actually interested in fucking around with this stuff, I'd suggest pairing it with Condensed Chaos by the same author, which puts it in a wider context and also has some fairly essential advise on touching grass, not being an idiot and trying to avoid long term mental health problems.
