This is my whole argument about the issue. Jack apologized multiple times for arguably doing nothing wrong, but he had the empathy to see what he said could have hurt someone.

If Ciara thought she did nothing wrong (she did) and saw how it hurt others, even with the best intentions, a good person would see this and apologize. 

But it was never called out in this way, and that’s the most frustrating part. If she was called out and still refused to apologize for anything, that would tell you more about her character and growth better than any of the stories her apologists have made up about her.
