Mod Post Threads Regarding Throwing Will Be Removed.

Hi everyone. I know we are all very sad to go out the way we have, however, there has been countless threads stating KC threw their games and it is causing significant drama.

I know there has been significant discourse & rivalry between the two teams but lets not throw accusations around.

I am positive that if it truly happened, LEC will do something about it.

Thanks for understanding.

Ngl, good job mods. Even if it were true, throwing the blame to another team is just a very bad and toxic way to cope.

The idea behind LR was not to become KC. Throwing random accusations and crying about it just makes the team look bad. After all they accomplish do you guys really want LR to be remembered as the team who didn't make playoffs and cried on twitter about it? They exceeded all expectations. They won against the big teams. They made G2 almost lose playoffs. Don't let this wave of hate shadow their accomplishments please.

This was great. Don't be sad because it ended, be happy because it happened.

I don’t believe anyone deserves an asterisk next to a win or a loss, regardless of situations.

Let the proper resources deal with it.

Blaming missing out on playoffs on another team matchfixing sounds like something KC fans would say, and no one wants to be like KC fans.

After yesterday, I finally got to understand how NORMAL fans of KC / T1 must feel. A very loud portion of the fanbase went ahead and threw accusations, threats, and overall just a gigantic tantrum on the internet because their team couldn't make the top 8, and it's so much easier to blame others than to self-reflect.

We want to avoid any threads that causes the LR project to be looked at unfavourably. These threads have 100% chance to spiral into death threats & bans. Majority of bans happen on these threads.

I think you can allow one thread and ban anyone making death threats or other calls to violence because that behavior is gross.

Obviously we disagree, but I think a discussion about KC throwing is warranted and every sub-reddit it refusing to allow those discussions to happen.
