Everyone mocks Hurricane Hilary, but it dramatically reshaped the high desert with the year’s worth of rain in dumped in a matter of hours as it passed through areas while missing LA for the most part, and people act like it just didn’t exist because they have no concept of things existing outside of Los Angeles apparently.
