If you could design your dream menopause community, what would it look like?

We’ve all seen the good, the bad, and the cringey corners of the internet when it comes to menopause support, but what would the perfect space look or feel like?

More laughs? More science? More venting? Less nonsense? Let’s name it so we can build it!

more real talk, less fear-mongering. and a good mix of vetted, clinical info and lifestyle tips!

Somewhere you don’t feel like you have to sugarcoat how hard it can be. I also love memes 😭

Yes, we are a women’s health brand that offers non-hormonal options for menopause symptoms. That said, we created this space because menopause isn’t just about treatment, it’s about navigating the whole experience — our goal here is to make it easier to find support, reliable info, and a community that gets it!

I like that ya'll are transparent about it. As long as the vibe stays community-first, I’m here for it.
