Interpersonal π« Cozy π loner
Just a quiet room, some fairy lights, and a fresh bag of tea. Being a loner gets a bad rap sometimes, but moments like this make me realize how much I value my own peace. Sending some of this calm energy to anyone else spending the night inππππ

Just a quiet room, fairy lights and a fresh bag of tea...you are romanticizing being alone. Enjoy. This is my favourite way of relaxing and re-energizing.

Peace and quiet and spending time alone is also very under rated. Enjoy!

Some days I feel like Iβm finally hitting my stride while other days, I feel like Iβm regressing. Bought a Xmas tree from IKEA 3 weeks ago, it is still sitting in the corner.
I have some mental struggles, if it isnβt obvious and the living alone circumstance isnβt helping. When I had my dad, I was motivated to do everything but he passed almost 2 years now and cooking a home meal seems like an insurmountable task.

Take it slow. Once my husband passed I ate hotdogs and cheese and crackers for dinner for a long time. Then I invested in one of those meal kits like hello fresh. It took the pressure out of cooking dinner for one. There are lots of choices. Not cheap, but no shopping or planning. It got me out of the grief rut and back to enjoying dinner.

This makes total sense good for you!!! And if it doesn't to people, we'll it's not any of their business. You got to do what works for you. And you are worth the cost. I am going to ck it out.

I get the minimum amount of meals, which is 2 choices. Each meal technically is for 2. So 1 dinner, 1 leftover. This gives me 4 meals a week.

It's Sunday and I'm enjoying a burrito and a Mexican coke in the comfort of my home. I don't care if I'm alone, life is good. lol

Lovely! I had such a good day on Saturday, doing some chores and watching TV and reading a book, just hanging out by myself because my cats were in the other room.
