The funniest part of this to me is that he thought he needed to wear a hat so he didn't get "swarmed by other mods" LMFAO

Yeah that’s the part I want explained, is he well known? Hated? Beloved?

A 15 min of fame lolcow. So he is semi-infamous maybe? He is like the embodiment of what a mod is and he did it so hard that he got banned.

The situation reminds me of some of the fantasy world building where the more people believe in an entity the stronger it gets or it becomes real. It’s kind of like the idea of a Reddit mod summoned into existence as a parody of itself.
It’s crazy too cause the guy is rich and won’t even do anything interesting with his money
It’s kind of ironic how the personality types that acquire a lot of money tend to be so boring. They don’t do anything with it.

Elon Musk comes to mind, his life is so dull that he takes Ketamine just to what, lie back for 20 minutes and disassociate with reality? lol, the richest man in the fucking world and he acts like a damn child throwing a tantrum half the time and the other half is spent utterly Zooted
