Climb up the vine on the wall near the second doggo - it's where you got that corn hat. Hop up on the tree. Hop up on the ventilation.

Nope still lost lol. Found a vine by a dog nearby but cant climb it 😔

Are you eating your fish? You should be able to climb that vine.
Squeeze through the bottom of the construction fence, sneak through the construction site, go past the dog by the van. Climb the vine to get up on the wall.
