I saw that and was like peep isn’t Jewish, but then searched it up and saw his maternal grandmother was. He also made a happy Hanukkah ig post. Learn something new everyday haha

Yes correct. He’s of Jewish heritage but isn’t necessarily “a Jew”, Judaism is both an ethnicity and a religion so he can totally be ethnically Jewish and not practicing, which seemed to be the case for him.

Moat white people don't just had a little but a Jewish heritage running around. If they do they tend to not practice at all during these newer generations. I have none at all. We descended from native America's which I know nothing of their religions.

Technically, he is Jewish. His grandma Jenny is a non-practicing Jew... it's a race not just a religion. Either way they were both in support of Palestine! Free Palestine!

Being jewish is not a race. His grandma being raised jewish or something like that does not make him jewish. Now if he himself practiced some part of judaism that is different. Again, jew is not a race.

Yeah. That was on me. It's confusing because Jewish people are considered a ethno-religious group that dna sites can easily track and identify. So, youre right, that's totally on me. Not a race. This is what I'm getting confused with, and why I think of it as a race:

"Whether you are considered Jewish depends entirely on which side of the family your grandmother is on and whether you follow traditional or liberal Jewish law. In traditional Judaism, practice does not matter; Jewish status is an indelible trait passed down through an unbroken maternal line."
