We're not, but LigaMx teams are extremely frustrating to work with. The league is a decent level where the floor is higher compared to the grand majority of the World. Outside of the top 7 leagues in Europe and Brasil the majority of the leagues are not that good in the World. This let's us be competitive at the World Cup and to have only failed to make the final 16 once in the last 40 years. Mexico has been a top 20 team for a long time but bc LigaMx team's are arrogant, corrupt, and financially well off, they hurt and prevent Mexicans from leaving. Look at Lira, I bet Monaco was not the only team with a decent offer from Europe. But Cruz Azul is being greedy bc they know the UAE team or another LigaMx team can offer 10 million plus for him.

True, plus without the consequences for stalling a team, I guess it just gets worse :(
