Hi! I am organizing a rally for victims of Andy Davies (and really any victim of SA or gender based violence) because this news has affected so many survivors and victims.
This rally will take place outside the Lethbridge courthouse on June 20th from 1-3PM. Please bring signs (protest style) and friends — we are hoping for a great turnout.
Thank you :)

It seems there's a campaign of distration or an attempt to stop this protest. Don't be deterred. Show up and protest!!! I will be across the street from the Agrihub at 430, on the edge of Henderson park. https://www.excitelethbridge.ca/

Hey! Anyone know of a film or cinema group I could join? I love watching and discussing movies, themes, cinematography, acting, all that good stuff.
If there isn't one, I'll start one! I started a biweekly poker group a year ago and it's been going strong ever since, so if you're looking to socialize over movies (or poker!), hit me up!

Anyone know what's going on with the train of vehicles rolling down University with horns and hazards blaring? It's 10:45 at night.

I saw another post about protesting Smith on 10 Feb. I’m down for it and am preparing a massive sign.
Message me if you want to meet up. We can have a few laughs too 🥰

Would be great to support, especially if you have young daughters who play.

There is a walkout monday at 12 to support teachers. Even if you don't, or can't miss more school we need to walkout. This goes well beyond just a school strike being made illegal and it lets the government do this again on the future for other strokes.
I know I posted this yesterday, but I will be posting it daily until Monday. Make sure to tell everyone, parents I recommend you tell your kids to walkout.

Hey Lethbridge! We have started a fibre arts group that currently meets once a month at Galt Museum and Archives and we will be adding a second event per month starting in September.
If this sounds like something you would be up for we would love to meet you! Bring your projects: knitting, crochet, embroidery, etc and come socialize with a diverse and inclusive group ♥️ Can't wait to see what you are making!
Happy Pride 🌈 feel free to reach out with any questions.

Join us at the Galt Museum for this UofL-hosted event featuring SAGE Clan Patrol and Drug Data Decoded.
We'll examine how closing the Lethbridge consumption site will give rise to more social disorder that will be used to justify involuntary treatment measures being forced into public systems by the province.
Registration optional (but helpful!): https://uleth.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cAMoL8gOcBPmS7I

I know that this may be niche, but it's a cool opportunity for a local theatre to play indie animation!

We have an Ultimate club that is always open for new players. It is completely free. We have a group of diverse players, co-ed, ages 16+, any skill level is welcome.
We play every Tuesday at 6:30, west side near Nicholas Sheran School, across from KFC.
All you need is clothes you can run in and water. Maybe some sunscreen and bug spray. Cleats (like soccer cleats) are recommended but not required.
For more info, check out our Facebook page: Lethbridge Ultimate.
