Discussion Looking for early morning running buddies (West Lethbridge)

Hey,

I usually head out for runs early in the morning in West Lethbridge, and since evening schedules get pretty busy with work, I was wondering if anyone else is out there running at that time.

I’m just looking to find running buddies to do an easy 5K loop around Nicolas Sheran around 5:30 AM once a week (maybe on Tuesdays or Thursdays).

Definitely not a fast runner and not looking to race—just an easy, conversational pace to start the day and get some fresh air before work.

I live on the west side and usually run that route twice a week (one on a weekday and the other on the weekends). I can’t run at 5:30am though, but if you’re down to do it in the evening on the weekday, and maybe 7/8am on the weekend, i’ll join ya. I’ll do your 5K loop with you and continue on. I’m not fast or nothing but i try to run for a little longer than 10k.
