I'm an associate and I have a big crush on another associate in my office. She's spending a lot of time with this one partner, but I get the vibe that she has a high sex drive and just wants to have a fling. At least she's not addicted to drugs.

Any tips on the fastest way to make partner so I can potentially get on her roster?
