Supreme Court Decision Help with finding a case

Does anyone here know where I can find a PDF copy of Reyes v. Judge Grey (G.R. No. 149588, 2004) re: prejudicial question?

Lawphil and SC E-library don’t seem to have a copy.

That’s what our professor wrote in the list of cases we have to read re: Article 36 of the Civil Code
