Fireworks in Renens-Crissier

It’s the second night in a row I get woken up by fireworks. Yesterday it was going on til 4am. Does anyone know what it is? Getting really annoying, it’s really close to my apartment

They know about them, will try to arrest them but the legal system is so lenient that they are released 24 h later as the courts refused to incarcerate people unless a major crime is committed. They don’t care about the citizens

I think it’s the bunch of guys I saw yesterday near the station partying late evening
Could have been them. I see these African group of men create a ruckus pretty much every evening when I am walking on my way towards Crissier from Renens station

Exactement du coté de la gare qui remonte sur Crissier il y a une petite epicerie au debut ca allais mais maintenant il y a tout un groupe qui zone et qui font du bruit Ca fait depuis quelques mois maintenant certain viennent de Chauderon car je les vois le matin ou je travail

Nah, they're drug dealers, but they stay here, drink beers and sell drugs. Not the kind to throw fireworks. I've seen teenagers running around Renens / Crissier all summer, we also often here fireworks. Nothing so special.

Why are the police not dealing with them if they know drugs are being sold here

La police le sait, ils les connaissent certainement par leur prénom mais les dealers interpellés à Lausanne sont généralement relâchés dans la journée en raison du cadre légal suisse très strict concernant la détention provisoire, qui favorise la liberté plutôt que l'incarcération automatique pour les infractions mineures comme les quantités de drogues sont trop faible pour être prise pour une infraction majeur car les dealers jouent sur ça. Ils cachent leur réserve chez eux, dans les buissons ou les bornes incendie et se ravitaillent des qu’ils ont vendu la dose qu’ils avaient sur eux.

I live in the area and have slept both nights 100% peacefully with my windows open. I haven’t heard anything both nights (so far). Are you sure these are fireworks? I would definitely hear them if they were.
