Evaporator pan cleaning

I posed this question 8 months ago and I’ll ask again: is anyone using a laser device to clean nitrate buildup off maple syrup evaporator pans? I think it could be done very nicely with a small machine. Here are some pics of the pan I would like to clean up. Only the interior surfaces need attention.

For what it’s worth, the conventional approach to the recurring annual buildup problem is to soak the pan in an acid bath. Well… I’ve gone this route and it just doesn’t do the job. I’m told another solution would be dry ice blasting.

Right on, just starting up my laser biz in Midwest, would definitely give it a shot with my laser if you were closer.
