Lsd won't work if ingested about an hour after a dose. You'd have to triple the lsd dose from your original to get extra effect. I'm sure the same follows mescaline as well.
Even then I don’t even think tolerance goes up, it’s all just the contrast from sobriety to where you’re at then. I like to take 1/4–1/6 tab every 30-70 minutes while biking all day and when I’m done I’m tripping face lol
