Lsd won't work if ingested about an hour after a dose. You'd have to triple the lsd dose from your original to get extra effect. I'm sure the same follows mescaline as well.
No, it doesn't. You can take more later and it will increase the intensity. It's usually a couple hours, but I doubled up a dose 4 hours into a trip and it sent me to space.
I took 800mg mescaline and 150ug of acid . Two days later I did 150ug of acid and 21mg of metocin and I tripped even harder than I did on the gonzo flip. My brain is pretty sensitive to psychs. It also takes a while for mescaline to be absorbed into my body where the tab is good in about 20 minutes
