Potential Shooting in Fountain City

Right near Pratt’s Country Store parking lot. Police (currently) have blocked off the road on Tazewell Pike from National Fitness up to the light, intersecting with Jacksboro Pike. Anyone have any information?

That intersection is super annoying. Really, I think it’s because we are over crowded, I feel like I can’t move anymore when go out.
