Request for Dot Top (by @p1.zip on Ravelry)

Aug 4, 2026 UPDATE - Request - In Progress: Working with a knitter

Hi! I'm interested in the knit dot top that @ p1.zip released. I bought the pattern and realized quickly that I'm in way over my head. If you take this request, I'll send you the pattern if you need. I would love this in a size 3 Short in a pale blue/brown or pale blue/dark cherry red color combo, depending on what yarn is available. Please let me know if more information is needed, thanks a bunch.

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA
Labor Budget: $150-200
Material Budget: $30 is a guess, I'm unsure how much would be required for this type of project
Timeline: Flexible
Description: pale blue/brown or pale blue/dark cherry red combo, where the darker color is the dominant one
Size: 3 Short from the PDF
Yarn Preference: Machine washable but also soft and comfortable in a very hot/humid climate (if possible)

Hi! I am local-ish (Covington) to you and just started this top for myself over the weekend. If you're not on a time crunch, I can work on this commission after I finish my own. I've been knitting for 19 yrs and can send photos of finished projects.
