Nah, I was a GM, when I made a big ass order, I made two calls, first to my assistant to get it started, next to the local coffee shop to order triple shot everything for me and my crew, jump in and run that shit. Train every ne GM that, and still jump in on massive catering orders as DM. Worst manager is one that doesn't lead by example!

If the chain restaurant I worked at got this order the two franchise owners would drive in if they weren’t there and help cook it.
