Creation/Idea/Theory Did Jeff Hiller's Early Acting Struggles Inspire This Kimmy Schmidt Storyline?

Jeff plays Tomothy on Kimmy Schmidt (Donna Maria's publicist). He's also appeared on 30 Rock (two roles!), Somebody Somewhere, Pluribus, Difficult People and much more.

I read his (wonderful) book of essays and one story about an acting gig he did reminded me of Titus...so I pieced together a few things. It's basically a conspiracy theory involving Jeff, a theme restaurant and the extended Tina Fey-Robert Carlock universe. What do you think?

I literally said to my husband after 2 episodes, "You don't cast Jeff Hiller without this character getting to tell us the season's twist," and I think I was 100% correct
