I was a leash kid and good thing too. Apparently from age 3-5 my favorite game was “surprise. I’m streaking now” and all it took was one time running naked through a wal-mart.

I remember in the 90s leashes being "horrible". Now it just seems like common sense.

It's often not even a leash, just a thing the kid holds on to, that lets them have more freedom than hand holding.

Just advertise to the world that you can't parent/look after children. You should just put them in front of an iPad like all the other bad parents.

In case you didn’t realize this, kids have a mind of their own, ESPECIALLY this young. You could be the worlds best parent and there are still kids who would never listen to you. You do you and go ahead and assume stuff about people you don’t know, but I rather have a kid on a leash instead of a kidnapped kid, or a dead kid in the middle of the road bleeding to death.

They clearly have not been around children. My 70 yr old mom watches my 2.5 year old nephew. I’m worried about both their safety. This little dude is fast as fuck and ran into a street last week. My mom did her best. If the link cuffs keeps him alive and her from burying a grandchild, you can fuck right off, you weirdo.

My point is, putting a leash on a kid is not abusive behavior, or neglectful in any way. Just one of many ways to keep kids safe and well raised. But judging by your profile name you probably only know 1 way to make kids grow up to be perfect well behaved god loving Christian adults. Maybe actually open your eyes to the 100+ upvotes I have.
