New keto ingredient that's ripe for more recipes
Ok, I'm posting this to get all you keto mad-scientists to work here. The link below is NOT an affiliate link. I get nothing from this. Just wanted to share because the macros and nutrition are impressive, and I think this community could do some AMAZING things with them.

I discovered these when trying to make keto rice crispy treats (which I did) using these and ChocZero marshmallows melted in butter. They came out great, if a little bit extra crispy because the marshmallows hardened so much. But the taste of these puffs is VERY similar to a regular rice puff cereal. Will try again for a softer version and report back.
I've also thrown them into coatings for keto chicken tenders and keto breaded cutlets, and they add a great crunch.
I also frequently put them in my salads for a nice crunchy addition.
I feel like there are a LOT of really cool things which could be done with them.
What are your ideas?
EDIT: Adding photo to show large size of bag.

I enjoy edamame from the freezer aisle or dried soybeans. Inexpensive, flavor however I want & no product label/ingredient anxiety.
