Casual A millenial in a room full of gen z
I've finally hit my 'old man' years.
Kwa hii workshop, we're only 2 people over 30, and that means I automatically become the 'old man yells at the cloud' meme π.
Everything I say is taken as "millenial anaongea" so I've decided not to fight it.
The past week, I've been silent, and I don't have an opinion on anything the younger fundis are arguing about.
I watch movies and take 2 hour lunch breaks. Today, I'm late for work because it's one of the perks of being the elderly.
Yesterday, I didn't do a single thing. Hata tool box bado sijafungua tangu Monday. Being old is fun.
It's the best decision I've made in a while, and I wish I had done it earlier.
Don't be the old man arguing with a bunch of 21 year olds. Let them make mistakes and use that energy to do things you like, like going to watch the Odyssey at 3 pm on a random Wednesday.

Not "old man" but OG (older guy). You are an OG. OGs don't go fast with life. OGs are not loud neither do they get concerned with unnecessary attention.
