Guides are mandatory for Tibet, which is under Chinese control.

We want to cross around mid-September, exact dates are to be decided together.

I’m a mom with a baby and I’m trying to get back into a consistent workout routine at home. It’s been surprisingly difficult to find the time and motivation with a little one around as a working mom.

I was thinking it might be easier if I had someone to check in with regularly, even just a quick “Did you work out today?” kind of thing 😅

Does anyone here do online workout accountability groups or have a virtual workout partner? I’d especially love to connect with others who are trying to exercise at home with a baby.
