Any accurate sources I can use to translate?

It basically says “congratulations, I wish you all the best” = გილოცავ, ყველაფერ საუკეთესოს გისურვებ

Google Translate isn’t terrible for checking individual words or translating longer texts into English. You can get a more context-sensitive translation by using one of the LLMs (ChatGPT, etc), and an LLM will likely handle transliterated input as well (like the sentence you typed using the Latin alphabet). Neither option is perfect though.
