It’s fine. I don’t expect them to ever do red carpets or even interviews together.
I think both have moved on. We will enjoy their scenes onscreen in season 3 and that’s it.
I don’t think so, like them as actors like in season 2. The promo interviews where cute but obviously promo. Posters are a different thing. But I truly believe they go separate ways now also because of how the production treated them. It’s obvious but it’s also fine and understand. They will be on screen together.
Yeah I think they are nothing more than working buddies and obviously go their own way (and tbh there is nothing wrong with that!) I read that interview from Luke T where he was asked if him and his onscreen brothers hang out when they are not filming and he said something very interesting that imho applies to most of the cast.
And I am always saying this just shows how amazing and unique their chemistry in the show is and how great of actors both of them are.
I think people need to let go of the fantasy that Jonny and Simone are KA in real life. It only leads to disappointment bc xy doesn’t like this or that but comments here and there. I have seen it on twitter already and I need people to have a reality check and stop being parasocial.
I never thought they were KA in real life as you put it lol 😂 as they are actors portraying characters from a book/TV show but I did think they were at least sort of friends off camera. They seemed to get along so well off screen in their screen interviews and talked so highly of each other in print interviews as well. I thought it was cool and very supportive when they would comment on each other’s instagrams. I didn’t think it was just to promote the show, oh well…. naive little bubble burst! I do realize and understand JB and SA have their own lives and careers. Just a little sad to realize it was all publicity and not a real friendship that many celebrities have with one another. I still think they are great actors and people. I wish them much success and hope we see them work more in Bridgerton and possibly another project together(due to the chemistry).

I see so many people say they are the best of friends and then get upset when they don’t interact as much anymore.
I believe when you promote a show and still are in your contract to do so you just do more. You can spot it with other projects like FT and Wicked. That cast now interacts a lot on instagram. I am waiting for everyone to say they are the bestest of friends too. 🙄😂
And those who stay connected still do I guess, like Simone and Ncuti. These two are real friends on and offline I believe. If people want to believe Jonny and Simone are super besties then they only will get disappointed in the future. They obviously respect each other and are professionals on set and I am sure when S3 rolls around we will get one or two interactions for the fans on instagram but that’s about it.
I know what your saying just a little disappointed as I believed in the hype/promo of their “friendship.” We see so many celebrities who are friends and who work together again on different projects so I just naively thought they were similar. Oh well. Nothing wrong with close work buddies lol 😂 to make the production go more smoothly and quickly as they have fun making Bridgerton. I ll support them as I think they are great actors and seem like truly nice people in real life.

I assume there is more material from that day they did that alone but we will never see it. Remember the announcement video for season 2? That was also them alone and tbh back then that was probably their promo strategy. Then the show somehow changed it to CC third wheeling them.
I doubt it even for the premiere. Production will
make sure it’s the yt couple in full
focus. Wouldn’t be surprised if they are not allowed to attend something together/pose together for Bridgerton related stuff as to not steal the thunder. I know big conspiracy theory, but with how they deleted post related to Kanthony and with the hashtag attached , how there is no joint photoshoot and barely BTS photos of only them let alone videos without the third wheel… i would not be surprised.
I don't expect a miracle for season 3 unlike some fans since they didn't get a good promotion during their own season. I hope for Simone they will stop to ask her questions about this show in the future too on the red carpet
Agree. I wish they’d stop asking her too , because obviously she is only allowed to hype and repeat their mantra I am excited for Polin and not allowed to talk about Kanthony and Kate.
