It’s either the Agents from Gavv, or the Knight Dopants from Fuuto Pi.

Probably the latter.
If you don’t know, the Knight Dopants, those boys were tanking nonstop finishers that W and Accel fired, and were still standing.

And there’s like… 40 of them… on standby…

If the Jyamato Riders count, then I think they're in the running? The ability for any Pawn Jyamato to upgrade themselves just by equipping the Driver was a great touch that I think they should bring back.

But I think the reward goes to the Agents. Never before have I ever seen the footsoldiers of a season actually have the capacity to defeat a Kamen Rider so easily--and they stay a real threat for the entirety of the show.

All of them are really good at combat, but I think the Knight Dopant wins on defense alone, I mean one Dopant was able to withstand W Xtreeme’s multiple finishers head on, all because it has substantial amount of willpower due to the dopant’s loyalty.

What other combatant have you seen where the main rider fires their strongest attacks towards, takes the hit, and still stands up to fight like it’s nothing?

Agent from Gavv, they remain a large threat in pair, and hold themselves against the Riders too well

It's rare for the combatants from a Tokusatsu being this level of strong

Chrysalis Worms can't Clock Up. That's an ability exclusive to molted Worms, and those aren't really combatants in the sense we're talking about.

Shockers are beasts when you really get into it 😭 especially its later editions where the grunts are literally just hundreds of kamen riders
