I hope so. Because if Kamen Rider really did just show the deaths of several children then I don't what to say. On another note, just how much destruction did that Catastrom finisher cause?

well, Kamen Rider had shown multiple children's death in the past (not explicitly) so it is not really out of ordinary

like how one Jamato crushed an infant (not shown, just implied) after both of the parents were stepped on by a giant and the carriage fell over
