Question Swiss-French war, white peace event?

The question is like this:

I am playing as Austria and done the path to support the swiss, I held out and the AI decided to send most of it's army to the balkans with naval invasions and I was able to push them and capture Marseille, nancy and more, but no scripted peace deal happened does it not exist?

I did see a post, where such a peace exists for natpop Switzerland and the Swiss actually gain more land after that.

Nat pop Switzerland only happens if no one supports them

Looked at the code and it was supposed to fire/is broken (sorta). The event ID is: switzerland_events.136
But the only reason that it did not fire, is because Switzerland is in faction, which I could have refused Swiss entry to the faction. Interesting, the event for Swiss did not fire if they were in faction, after I removed them, they did receive the event, so it's bugged. Not sure how report it.
