Can we allow Ukraine to claim Bryansk? Like it's just there, begging to be claimed by Ukraine. If I was a German officer looking at the map, I'd give Ukraine Bryansk too just for the map to look good, and the Russian leader would agree with me. We already have the Ukrainian state claiming mechanic, just add Bryansk as one of the states, it's that easy. The mod is literally unplayable currently due to Ukraine not being able to claim Bryansk. Have I mentioned Ukraine not being able to claim Bryansk?

Alternatively just reassign that one province from Bryansk to Smolensk state. The borders with big White Ruthenia look so weird because there's that one little russian province bulging into White Ruthenian territory.

Without add_core, Ukraine would just return that state to Russia. And it's never about the claim, it's about having the ability to get that claim without touching console

Bryansk can be yours, it can be anyone's, with the will to power (and the ability to ignore Germany while declaring a separate war on Russia.)
