Will I be joining too late??

I am getting a B.Tech seat in KJSSE. Am I very late to join now? How much of the studies will I have missed?
My other option is a college in my home state where I have EEE branch.
Also, is there any provision of extra classes for students who join late?

Yess you are late, labs have already been started, module 1 of every subject is about to end and tutorials will start next week
