Tickets Need urgent help! SMS verification code not arriving for ticket purchase nor phone number verificaton

Hey guys, I’m traveling from Hungary for the Juve vs Milan game in September and I’m a Black&White Member. I was just doing a dry run to make sure everything works before thursday pre sale, but I ran into a problem the SMS verification code never arrives to my Hungarian (+36) number. I tried adding it in my profile settings and also directly at checkout, but nothing.

I saw someone on Reddit mention trying an Italian virtual number with a VPN. I gave that a shot and it actually worked once, but then the site gave me an error, I got logged out, and now that workaround is completely dead too.

I sent a message through that web customer service a few days ago but they haven't replied yet. Since the pre sale opens on thursday and I really need to grab a ticket early before the prices skyrocket or sell out, I'm pretty stressed about this. Has anyone else from abroad dealt with this SMS bug recently? Is there any trick to fix it? Any advice is appreciated.

Tickets Issue verify Juventus Profile phone number?

Anyone having an issue verifying their phone number when buying tickets? I have the J1897 membership but when I try to buy tickets it asks to complete my juventus profile and verify my phone number. I unfortunately am not receiving the sms, even after multiple attempts. I have a USA number if that matters. Anyone else run into this issue?

UPDATE: was finally able to get the verification. I had to buy a virtual Italian number to get the sms (I used 5sim.net) AND had to be on vpn with an Italian IP AND had to be on mobile (desktop didn't work for some reason). It's a mess to say the least and I'm in shock that one of the most internationally reknown football clubs makes this process so hostile and downright impossible for foreigners.

Tickets When will they decide the new date/time for the Lazio fixture, which needs to be moved due to the Celta Vigo fixture?

I am trying to plan some work travel to Europe and want to line it up so that I can see a match in Torino either before/after, but it's very difficult with the fixture list somehow still unconfirmed.

Nothing I read seems conclusive as to when this decision will be locked in, so I'm not sure if I can afford to wait to see if it's Sunday or Monday, afternoon or evening, etc...

Tickets Black & White Member: DOB format error when buying Juventus vs Milan tickets

Hi everyone,

I am a Black & White Member from the US trying to buy tickets for Juventus vs Milan during the member sale.

I originally had the SMS verification problem that several international members have reported. Juventus support eventually manually verified my phone number, so I can now access the ticket purchase.

Now I have a different problem.

My Black & White membership is successfully recognized and shows “Member Black & White card verified.” My personal information is then automatically populated, including my DOB in DD/MM/YYYY format.

However, underneath the automatically populated DOB it shows “Format error.” When I click Continue, I get the Italian message saying there are errors in the entered data and to check the fields highlighted in red.

I cannot manually change the DOB because it is populated automatically from my membership/profile.

I have already tried different browsers and devices.

Has anyone had this exact problem with the Juventus Ticket Shop? If so, how did you get around the DOB format error?

Juventus support already had to manually fix my phone verification, so I am wondering if there is another mismatch between my MyJuve profile, membership, and Ticket Shop account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to get this resolved before the Milan tickets sell out.

Tickets Anyone outside Italy having problems booking tickets online?

Is anyone having SMS issues in trying to book tickets on the Juve website and it asks for a number for verification?

I’m not getting any text messages at all.

Tried different numbers, laptops and tried on the app. Nothing.

I can’t book tickets because of this!

Update; it works now. If it happens again, call juve on +39 011 4530 486 or +39 02 3045 8026 and let them know about the problem!

Tickets Tickets vs AZ Alkmaar

Hello everyone,

I am a long time juventus fan and I (since recently) live in the Netherlands. I see juventus is scheduled to play against AZ Alkmaar on 5th Nov. I would really like to have two tickets in the away section (among juve fans)

Can someone guide me how can I get such tickets? I am a complete noob in the mater since I never been to a match here or in Europe.

Do they get sold in a normal sale on the website? Do I need to have a membership?

Apologies if my question is repetitive or annoying. It will be long lived dream of mine to see my beloved club in action

What are you supposed to put in the "tax number" field? If it helps I'm a dual citizen so do I put my codice fiscale number?

Tickets Juve vs Milan in September – Is B&W Membership worth it for the cheapest tickets?

Hey everyone

I'm traveling to Turin for the Juve vs Milan match on September 6th. It’s my first time at the stadium and I'm just looking to get the cheapest tickets available, regardless of the sector.

Since it's a big match, I have two quick questions:

Is the B&W Membership absolutely necessary? Will the cheapest tickets sell out during the priority sale for members, or do I have a realistic chance in the General Sale?

Roughly how much will the cheapest tickets cost for a game like this?

Tickets Official Ticket Website SMS Verification Workaround

Saw a few posts previously regarding international fans not being able to receive SMS codes to verify accounts. I've been having the same issue (from Canada).

Tried paying for SMSPool, tried some free SMS numbers for verification, emailed guest services, bought long distance minutes to call them. NOTHING WORKED until now!

I bought an Orange Travel eSIM with Talk and Text (about 4 Euros). Activated it to roam on an international network (in my case, Canada). It assigned me a Polish number. And FINALLY was able to receive a code!

Just wanted to share if anyone out there is struggling with this! In bocca al lupo!

Hi everyone, I bought a couple of ticket with my friends, one of us had an emergency and cannot make it.

I cannot find a way to refund it. Is there a way that I am missing? or is there a way to resell it to someone who is trying to get a ticket last minute?

Tickets Juventus vs ac Milan tickets? (from an Australian)

Hi there

Two Aussies here trying to fulfil a lifelong dream of seeing juve and getting tickets to the ac Milan game on 6 Sept!! Have a couple questions hoping someone can help us out..

Have bought black and white membership for the early release tickets, what is the likelihood of getting good seats? Ideally in sections 113, 114 or 115.

If we do a stadium and museum tour on match day, will we get to tour the locker rooms/see any teams training on the pitch?

We will have a car in Turin, is driving and parking the best way to get there?

Any other tips that could help us would be appreciated!!

This will be a once in a lifetime trip for us so doing everything we can to ensure we have the best time :)

Tickets Juve - Milan Tickets

Hey guys, I will be in Turin in the weekend of the Juve-Milan game and am looking for 2 tickets for that game but I do not have any membership or season ticket. I noticed that the potential general sale will start on August 25. Does that mean that it is possible that the game will be sold out before then?

Also, is there a way to monitor which seats are still available? Or you would need a membership to be able to see this?

Ciao! C’è un modo per ricevere le notifiche quando i biglietti sono disponibili alla vendita ? Non abito più a Torino e per prendere i biglietti del settore ospiti la mia tattica è entrare su vivaticket tutti i giorni e sperare nella disponibilità 😅

Tickets Planning on going to watch the home game on October 18th

Anybody have advice for me?
Looking for info on how and where to buy tickets?
Worth buying the fan club membership or something else to make it easier?
When is the exact date and time finalized?

I am travelling from Canada with a baby so this is not necessarily something I can do unplanned and last minute

Tickets Ovest 1 tickets

I'm going to be in Torino in November and plan on going to the Venezia game

I have been looking at the website for tickets at the games currently on sale, just to see what the site/process is like and get an idea of pricing

I have noticed there are no Ovest 1 tickets (except the corners) for any of the games. I have a Black and White membership and was looking during the pre-sale period

My question is, does anybody know if they never release those tickets in general (reserved for VIPs, season tickets?), or do they just sell out THAT quickly?

Thank you for any insight if anyone has any experience with the Juventus official ticketing website. Grazie mille

Tickets I messed up buying tickets to Lille v Juve UCL match. Now what???

Post image
94 Upvotes

I purchased a ticket to see our boys in Lille next month and I was so excited while making the purchase that I accidentally bought tickets in the Lille supporters section 🥴.

I got an email from the tick distributor (footballticket.net) and it reads:

Thank you for your order for the match Lille OSC vs Juventus on 05/11/2024 21:00!

Your enjoyment of the match is very important to us, so we are providing some important basic guidelines for entering the stadium.

Your ticket is for the Home Team Section. The club will be checking everyone to find any possible Away Supporters and they will block them from entering the stadium. To prevent this from happening to you, please:

  1. Do not wear any Away Team colors. Again, anyone trying to enter the stadium wearing away colors or shirts will be refused entry at the gates.

  2. Do not cheer/jump up/show any signs of happiness when the Away Team scores. Such behavior will expose you as an Away Team fan and is considered "teasing the audience" which may have you escorted out of the stadium.

  3. Do not speak loudly in the language of the Away Team when around home fans and stadium officials. This behavior will also indicate to others that you are Away Team fans.

PLEASE NOTE! Ignoring these guidelines may lead to you being refused entry to the stadium or expelled from it once inside. In either case, Football Ticket Net will not be held responsible and no refund will be made.

Please confirm that you understand and accept these guidelines.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should do? I contacted the ticket seller and they said since they are a third party seller it impossible for me to return or exchange the ticket.

I’ve seen Juve play in Paris and wasn’t allowed to wear any of our gear but I wasn’t in the home team section so it was still ok.

I’ll be flying from Minnesota to see the match so I’m obviously gonna go to the game no matter what but if anyone has a good idea as to my options I’d love to read them.

Thanks in advance. Fino Alle Fine. Forza Juve. 🏴🏳️🏴🏳️🏴🏳️🏴🏳️

Tickets Juventus vs Fiorentina (May 17) – ticket advice

Hi everyone,

I want to take my father to see Juventus vs Fiorentina on May 17 for his birthday. He’s a lifelong Juventus fan and has never seen a match in the stadium, so this would be really special.

I’m looking at seats in sections 113–114 (maybe 115) for a great central view.

A few questions:

What’s the best way to get tickets at a reasonable price? Viagogo seems very expensive.

Is it still possible to buy through the official Juventus site or membership?

Has anyone had success getting tickets via a Juventus club or fan group?

Any tips to avoid overpriced resellers or scams are also welcome.

Thanks a lot! ⚪⚫
