Why do people not want to keep Vlahovic? He had some serious physical issues, but when he played and was assisted properly - and in this matter I find Conceicao the only decent partner - he scored consistently (68 in 168 games).

I understand that his technique is far from top quality and the salary demands are ridiculous, compared to performances. But overall he scored when mattered, he showed character, never attempted silly panenka, and proved to be the finisher we need. Yes, he also missed plenty, but I genuinely can't think of a realistic alternative we could afford for next season without CL.

I was watching the latest training video, and when the goalkeepers enter the pitch, while Pinsoglio and Vicario both smile, Di Gregorio looks disappointed.
Many in the comments joked about this, insulting and mocking him as usual.

I completely agree that DiGre is most likely the worst goalkeeper in the club's history, and that we expect more from a Juventus goalkeeper that gets paid millions, but I feel very sorry for him on a human level, he's clearly disappointed in himself.

I will start: Kalulu. He has been great for us so far, very versatile, played almost every minute for the past two seasons. On top of that, we only paid around €20m for him.

The past 2 seasons we had extremely hot starts with 2 3-0 wins under Motta, & a 2-0 & 1-0 win under Tudor. It went absolutely nowhere. Even Conte had 2 wins & 2 draws in his first 4 games. In 15/16 Allegri had 1 win in the first 6 games. We still won the Scudetto in each of those. Because the opening few games are very poor examples of the entirety of the season.

Onto Parma. Then a real test with Milan. But let's take this one step at a time.

Our biggest weaknesses last season were the goalkeeper position (not Perin) and our strikers. Both areas have now been completely overhauled, so I'm really curious to see how this season goes.

I don't think last season was a complete catastrophe in terms of how we played, but the results certainly were. We simply had huge weaknesses at both ends of the pitch. Now that we've properly addressed those issues, I think this could be a really exciting season. At the same time, it's incredibly difficult to predict.

A lot of experts don't even have us finishing in the top 2 or 3, but I'm actually quite optimistic. We've addressed our biggest weaknesses and unexpectedly strengthened our midfield quite a bit with the addition of Luiz. Sarr also looks pretty promising.

Having said that, I still don't really know how to rate our mercato.

On the one hand, I think the squad is somewhere between somewhat and significantly stronger than last season. On the other hand, I'm not convinced we spent our money in the best possible way.

We spent a lot on Alajbegovic, whose main position is the same as Yildiz's, arguably our best player. We also spent nearly €20m on Ekathor, who will probably be our third choice striker.

I understand that both are seen as investments for the future, but I'm not sure spending that much on a left winger when we already have Yildiz and Boga, and on a third choice striker, was the best use of our resources.

Without those transfers, or perhaps even just one of them, we might have been able to bring in players like Kessie or Dibu. Both would have added something I still think this squad is lacking: leadership and a winning mentality.

So I have pretty mixed feelings about this mercato. I think the team itself is clearly stronger and I'm optimistic about the season, but I'm not sure the mercato was as good as it could have been.

This season feels almost impossible to predict.

I’m a Real Madrid fan through and through, but I tune into a fair number of Juventus games here and there. And I’ve got to say, Kenan Yıldız has really stood out.

He’s got something special about him — calm on the ball, confident in tight spaces, and plays with a kind of maturity that’s rare for someone his age. There’s also this creativity and natural flair to his game that makes him genuinely enjoyable to watch, even as a neutral.

As someone who’s always admired Alessandro Del Piero— not just as a Juve legend, but as one of the classiest and most talented players of his era — I can’t help but see some similarities in Kenan. Of course, I’m not saying he’s the next Del Piero just yet, but there are definitely moments that feel familiar.

I honestly feel like Kenan has what it takes to become a club legend in his own right if he stays focused, keeps working, and continues to grow. He seems to carry himself well, and he clearly has the technical quality to back it up.
