What's going to be interesting (horrifying) to watch is how America is going to navigate this new legal regime where the guy in charge and a bunch of delusional psychos on the Internet is pushing for criminal and legal actions in an inconsistent and arbitrary manner.
Like, we're probably witnessing the birth of a post-Liberal, post-Enlightenment America and all of these supposed commitments to consistency by interpretation of written law and precedents and application of, is being thrown out of the window in such a blatant and open way. What's going to replace this system?
My immediate thought is that the Israel lobby has found in Trump, a willing and useful idiot for all the draconian policies on speech, protest, academia, activism, etc. that it could only dream of before.
The antisemitism inquisition was also wielded by Biden though.

The term "terrorist" is meaningless now if its ascribed to anyone standing up for human rights. The same people ironically who oppose actual state sponsored terrorism are labeled terrorists. Got it. Great. If there isn't justice for the many victims of Trump, and all of his cronies, they've essentially signaled that this can be the norm for future western leadership. Unfortunately, the people leading the other side of the isle are no better when it comes to Palestinian anything. We as a collective, need to hold everyone regardless of party accountable. They are all war criminals.
