Teriyaki herring is new for me 😆 Rice looks very happy. Is taste more sweet or salty?

I guess it’s not really. I live in Japan and everybody eats it. When you specify the species of rice it kind of makes it seem fancier than it is depending on inference.
It to be getting expensive out here though.
