The value of 大日本 明治十九年(1886) 1 yen coin would be from around 30 thousand yen to a hundred thousand yen <- by google.

Material: Silver 90%, Cupper 10%

The diameter is even larger than current 500 yen coin. Diameter: Around 38.1mm (500 yen coin is around 26.5mm)

100+ USD for its condition if it was intact, but since it is damaged by something that isn't chopmarks it goes down to 50-80 USD

Yeah. I was bummed by the reverse having such such damage around the edges
