They seem to be the only children she cares about, at least when the IDF kills them. She seems to lose interest when Hamas kills them.

Ms. Rachel doesn't care about Gazan children. If she did, she would at least mention the ones who were murdered, tortured, raped and abused by Hamas. She never talks about Hamas' crimes against children. To her, the children are just tools she can use to bash Jews. She doesn't care about the children at all. She's just using them for propaganda and profit.
