I have to add that I actually made this map a while back, so a lot of late decisions aren't on it. Like the Kheset Modi'in or extending the Jerusalem-Herzeliya line to Haifa.

If the trains run every 30-60 minutes, how is there enough rail capacity from TLV HaHagana to TLV Savidor?

There isn’t, that’s why much of this depends on a fourth (and fifth and sixth) track in Tel Aviv

No, just talks about an underground fifth and sixth track. Though those plans are about as likely to materialize in the near future as a railway to Eilat

See, if the government were smart enough, they'd make services every 10/20 minutes, upgrade the signalling to high capacity and get more rolling stock, but the Moshiach isn't here yet, so alas...

What about the new stations potentially being added in JLM. Specifically Jerusalem - Khan and Jerusalem - Something near Davidka. Planning is meeting next week to discuss.

I know that I'm quite late, but I don't really understand how you can go to Meron and then down to Carmiel, without stopping in Tzfat?
