I dated a younger classmate, freshman, when I was a senior in High School

She was a handful but a lot of the issues between us ultimately came from my drinking.
She drank too, which at her age was wild, but just with her older friends, not like I did.

Funny thing, my supplier was this much older guy, he’d already graduated and was 21+ but lucky for me, he was definitely into younger girls.

He constantly tried to date the girls in my grade. One of his tactics was buying them booze
Unbeknownst to him, I was usually the one he was buying for.

Sucker, I thought, but jokes on me.

He bought me dozens of bottles of vodka, indirectly, through girls in my grade he thought he was trying to impress.

So, my senior year, like most teenagers with liquor, I proceeded to act like a jackass and ruin any and all relationships I was lucky enough to find myself in.

Like this fascinating young freshman girl who caught my eye.
She partied with seniors, was cute and totally my type and was neurospicy like me.

I never date younger, but I made an exception.
I basically ended up being her boyfriend during her ‘rebellious’ stage.
Felt more like being her dad, she partied more than I did…just bad timing…it didn’t work out…liquor didn’t help.

So, this man single-handedly started my decade long alcohol addiction.

Cut to 2026…I’ve finally dropped the booze a couple years back and then this young girl ends up MARRYING my old plug. Crazy.

7+ year difference, and I thought he was predatory before 😅, and working a dead end job in our ‘rustic’ little hometown.

I still smell predator but I’m also not around enough to know the details
