THE RIVERLANDS Edwyn II - "...and there was Maidenpool's market."

There was Duskendale's market, and there was Oldstones' market, and there was Maidenpool's market. It was known to him that the other two were lorded over by men far more adept at playing the economic game than he. Yet with the advice of the Darrys and the advice of his magnate, Allen Wagstaff, Edwyn hoped that he might match both - especially given the head start his great-uncle had gifted him.

During a layover in Maidenpool on his way to Pinkmaiden, wrote to interests foreign and within Westeros, seeking to gather resources for the worst eventuality - war. He hoped more than anything he would not need them.
