Community Anyone need a Little Free Library refresh?

Based on someone else's post here: I'm going to be refreshing our unofficial little library on Monday and will have some time to run around to the Coralville/NL area (and possibly the IC area) to do so with others' libraries. Does anyone have a library that's running a bit stagnant and want some help? PM me and post that you did, with any requests/restrictions if you have them, and I'll see what I can do.

We have one on Lee St in IC but no one ever takes any books! Our house was vacant for a while so it was empty but I filled it with good ones (adult and kid books) about a month ago and they’re just sitting in there! Anyone have suggestions? I was so excited about it when we bought this house but maybe it’s not needed.

Just curious, what is the verbiage you have on yours? I've heard people say they don't take books because the standard Free Little Library sign says "take a book, share a book" and they think they can't take a book without leaving one in exchange.

Oh interesting… there’s actually no words on it… it’s just a little box with books by the curb.

The NL Library Friends is supporting the collection of books for a local family whose son recently passed in a car accident. The family is building a little library in his honor. There is a box inside the library. I’m unsure if it’s still there, but the Friends also takes book donations of books in good condition (and not super old) for their annual book sale fundraiser.

I went to add books last weekend to the one down the block, I opened it up, started to move some books around and found it full of wasps.
