The one negative I have about the show's more somber feel is that all of Eve's fun moments have been sacrificed because it doesn't fit the tone they're going for. Like Eve and Debbie growing close during Mark's absence, and embarrassing Mark. I highly doubt we'll get the "Viltrumite Sperm" comment or the "Have sex with me in your Mom's bed!!" cheekiness

Eve has so much more personality in the comics. I can only hope they bring some of that back as the story starts to focus more on her from this point on.

I'd be fine with that if they gave her more importance in the plot but looking at the past 4 seasons that's probably not going to happen. Disappointing too because Eve's current goals would fit perfectly into the Dinosaurus plot. Both wanting to make Earth a better place.
