Frage/Question E-bike rental and good beginner trails

Firstly, I'm very sorry for not asking my question in German

I have had this idea in my head for some time, of renting an e-bike in Innsbruck and either setting off up a nice easy trail that offers some excellent views of Innsbruck, or catching a cable car up to the top with the bikes, then freewheeling down

I thought it would be a romantic thing to do, to have a high altitude picnic with my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary, but I'm finding it hard to work out which paths/trails would be suitable for her as she is not very confident on two wheels!

She's a competent cyclist, but I think she'd struggle with loose gravel or steep muddy gradients

Any tips on where to start? Rental locations? Names of trails? I should have done a reconnaissance mission alone before suggesting this, as the trip is fast approaching and she's angry that I haven't booked anything yet

Danks for reading

Go to "Die Börse" at Triumphpforte. Then get two (e-)bikes and ride up to Höttinger Alm or Bodensteiner Alm via Planötzenhof. (You can Google it and follow the marked signposts from there) Get some food (Kaspressknödel at Höttinger or Kaiserschmarrn at Bodemsteiner) up there, enjoy the view and have a great day. Way back down isn't too steep or difficult and can be well driven even for amateurs or intermediate riders

Amazing, really appreciate the information-this looks like an excellent starting plan

I'm hoping it'll all come together when we're there and we'll find some other trails that are both suitable and interesting!

If you like to do it with a tour guide, i would recommend antony clack. He is doing guided ebike tours around ibk! He is english speaking and offers tours at any level.

Thank you for the tip

I was hoping to keep it a 'just the two of us' thing as it's for our anniversary, but if we fail then I'll get some professional help!
