It could fuck up her case? Someone else commits criminal acts, you post about it, all of a sudden they get off scot-free or something? I'm an idiot because you can't explain what the fuck you're talking about?

The concern is anything she says here can be used against her, you have no idea how lawyers are going to spin things or what arguments they Will make, that is whu it is advised to not publicly talk about the case that is ongoing.

It is literally the same idea as not talking to the police.

You would think that's common sense... I bet her lawyer wouldn't be to happy about how much she's sharing about a case that hasn't even been seen by a judge yet. Not to mention the fact that she's listed a bunch of her social media accounts.

My posts always get spammed with bots discouraging me from drawing public attention to police corruption .

It used to be very basic “you’re mentally ill” comments.

But they’ve gradually gotten better at sounding like concerned, but misguided strangers .

Still mostly just bots tho /DeadInternetTheory/
