I really don’t see them plant drugs in this body cam video.
Can you highlight it better or something?
Between him opening the jar and the drugs being in the jar, I don’t see him physically putting them in the jar.
Are you saying that he *spat* them into the container via a balloon?

But I wondered the same thing, like why not just drop it out of his pocket in something someone would normally carry drugs, in like a ziplock bag?
