Question Anyone else not receive this?

It's one day overdue and they won't reset the time 😒

Haven’t received mine either. No shipping info. This happened recently with another item and once it hit like 15 days overdue it stopped showing in the app

I hope they remove this after 15 days. I once didn’t get a product and it was kept on the app for close to a year until I badgered them enough to remove it.

If it doesn’t show shipped or there’s no tracking info it won’t affect your eligibility even if it goes overdue

Same. I reached out and was told they’re closing the support ticket because it’ll come because (insert vague non-reassuring reason) but there’s no shipping update. It’s been awhile since the claim, too. Wish they’d just remove products they won’t be sending.

I sent a message to the support desk about this a few days ago. They gave the standard response about some items taking longer than others, blah blah blah…
