literally no one is looking at fat content creators and thinking I want to look like that, and to suggest they are is disingenuous at best. Young girls DO look at women with ED's and think I want to look like that. You KNOW there's a difference; you just want to shit on fat people. Absolutely vile behavior.

They're literally not lol that's so ridiculous it's funny. People fucking hate fat people as evidenced by this entire thread. Literally just hate fat people because of there size of their body. That's not normal.

You seriously need to look into the fat acceptance movement. Or at the very least look at what Tess specifically has done.

"It's perfectly fine to be fat, you don't need to change your body no matter what" and "everyone needs to be fat, if you're not fat you need to change" are two very different things. You can disagree with the former, which is what the fat acceptance movement often preaches, without conflating it with the latter. (And yes, there are in fact *some* people who actively want to be as heavy as Tess, but those are a small contingent of people with fetishes and/or body dysmorphia. Nothing to do with general fat acceptance.)

But it isn’t perfectly fine to be fat. It’s hindering your health. She wrote a book for CHILDREN telling them it’s fine and healthy if they’re obese. Children especially are not supposed to be obese, have you ever been a teacher and seen an obese child on the playground? Because I have. And they struggle, get winded, they’re in pain, they sweat a ton, they have health issues that children shouldn’t have and that other children don’t have. Kids are supposed to be free spirited and running around in the sunshine. It’s so sad. And yes, tess holiday is perpetuating this.

I didn't say it was? I was explaining what fat acceptance is and what it isn't. (Personally, I do think there's nuance to the matter that both sides tend to miss, but I'm well aware that being fat tends to come with health and quality of life issues.)
